Since securing the exclusive contract for Apple’s iPhone in late 2007, the Telefonica-owned carrier has stormed its way up the charts here in the UK, becoming the largest network in the country. Boasting over 20 million subscribers, O2 has recently announced a UK-exclusive deal for the Palm Pre.

Apart from having an understandable passion for all things mobile, Alder credits Spotify with “redefining how we consume music” and for bringing “fresh thinking to the challenging music sector”. Perhaps we’ll see an exciting tie-up between O2 and Spotify some day?
