The Wired visionary made the list.
Wired is a monthly tome reporting on science and technology. Boasting numerous well-known contributors, it has also been guest-edited by notables such as Will Wright, James Cameron and JJ Abrams.
Since joining Wired in 2001, Anderson has won many accolades for his magazine, in addition to publishing two books: The Long Tail, and Free. Whilst Free was released on Spotify as the service’s first audiobook, he was also criticised for plagiarising content from Wikipedia, a matter he blamed on the book’s publisher.
Wired launched for the second time in the UK in April of this year, along with an Italian edition.
